		<description>Hi Evan, thanks for the link.  Just read your article.  I think that distributed ticketing is like those inkblot tests, where different people see different things.  I&#039;m going to study bugs everywhere and ditz in more detail.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m way more proficient at python than ruby, so I&#039;m biased toward bugs everywhere, but ditz clearly has better introductory material.</description>
